Spread across 40 acres of the unspoilt wilderness, Pench Tree Lodge is located near the Pench National Park premises in the town of Seoni in Madhya Pradesh.It lies in the tiny hamlet of Sarahiri. The Karamajhiri Gate of the national park is just 20 minutes drive away.

- Pench Tree Lodge houses 6 cottages on the ground floor and 6 treehouses on the Mahua trees, i.e. 18 feet above the ground. The interiors are decorated with traditional patchwork that complements the virgin wildlife.
- Both the accommodation types have large French windows that allow natural light in rooms and an uninterrupted view of the forest and its wild animals. The windows open to a private deck and the deck has a bay window lounger that doubles up as a day bed.
- The treehouses on the Mahua trees are supported by strong stilts. The rooms are equipped with a large four-poster bed.
- The cottages are appointed with one king-size bed and one queen-size bed in the attic, premium cotton linen and other lavish furnishings.
