The location is very near to haddo jetty and approx 15-20 mins from airport room had all amenities required. Bathroom smells bad. There are cockroachs. And the hotel is on top with a nice view but cabs drivers and auto drivers don't come up so you have to walk up, i dint knew this before booking, so don't book if you have older people with you.

We do not agree that our bath rooms smells bad as we maintain our bath rooms neat n clean always and we are very particular about it.I do not know what is the expectation of the esteemed guest . As regards the presence of cockroaches, we disinfect our rooms thoroughly. If the sliding upvc windows are kept open, there are chances flying cockroaches may fly- inside which is also very very rare. As regards the comments that the property is on an elevated position, appreciate that the topography of the South Andaman is hilly in nature and not flat. It is absolutely incorrect to say that autos/ cabs hesitate to come close to our doorstep. Even traveller( 17 seater) like vehicles often come to our doorsteps to drop the guests. I do not know what was the experience of the esteemed guest and it is possible that the auto driver could have taken him for a ride and dropped him on the main road instead of dropping in front of the property.

Best place to stay in Port blair.1 km from haddo jetty 10 min walking distance 👌. Very Clean room and we got a nice Sea view from our room .The view from room and the beautiful room they provide at this price is Chummeswary 😘.

It's always a great feeling to share your good memories. Yes, it was very good experience to stay at this hotel, food was extremely good, homely atmosphere and great location. Name itself is expressing that you can enjoy the sea from the hotel. Airport as well jetty is not too far from hotel. Hotel manager upgrade the room at free of cost. Car arrangements done by the hotel without any delay. Even ferry ticket from neil to port blair arranged at nominal extra cost. But no lift so senior citizen avoid please

I stayed here along with my best friend. We were very comfortable. As it was off season they got us upgraded to premium room. And in this room we had to just open the curtains for the sea view :) nice corridor with chairs to chill. And the food served here is very mouth watering and very tasty... Like we would roam around port Blair and still starve to come back and have Prakash ji's food. We stayed at megapode resort which has great reviews but failed when we stayed there. After that seaside residency was our favourite place of stay. I would recommend it for real to all those who are looking for a stay in port Blair.

This property falls in the category of a premium homestay. Clean Rooms, helpful staff and proximity to market and jetty are the highlight of this property. Prakash and Aashish the managers and Abdulla the owner leave no stone unturned to fulfill all the needs of the guests. The morning Azaan at 4am can be a turn off as the mosque is in the vicinity of the property. But barring this, its a value for money

This hotel is located opposite sea in hadoop area and at walking distance from Chatham Saw mill, which is a tourist attraction in Port Blair. We stayed here for 2 nights and our experience was great. Staff was very welcoming and caring. They even cooked maggi for us upon request. They have this small kitchen in which they prepare food as per your choice. Its better if you tell them your choice 4 hours before food time and they will cook home like food for you. Getting an auto to city side is little difficult from here in the evening so keep that in mind. View from the room was good and it was a comfortable stay overall. Kept luggage till afternoon as our flight back was in afternoon.

Hotel is sea facing from where visitors will get a great scenic beauty of sea. Staff is well mannered and polite. They provide great hospitality towards the guests. To avoid any confusion in finding the hotel visitor must tell the address as sea shore road instead of foreshore road. Value for money hotel, satisfied with my selection.

I had good experience. The owner resides there it self so there is no problem. You can complaint directly to him. There is no variety of menu but whatevere is there ... Food is simple and cheap. Room is little small.
