In no way a hotel for any decent family’s stay. Just ordinary unclean lodge

We were three couples. All rooms were extremely bad, unhygienic, almost zero service, with non functional electric switch points. No phone in Room#403. The toilet commode seat cover was missing in Room#401, Window-AC in Room#403 is adjacent/touching the bed, almost whistling into the sleeping person's ears. There were traces & signs of bed-bugs in all three rooms on 3rd floor… #401, #402, #403. Main door of Room#402 could not be locked from inside, due to faulty lock-mechanism. Breakfast was included in our booking, but they said we only have one item- Aloo Paratha for breakfast.

When i requested several times, they said that the laundry has not arrived yet and they also gave me lunch only for one day. They did not give me the tour extension's lunch at all, and for one night i was shifted to another hotel from where i myself had to return the next morning.

After lot of struggle with people who are 75 yerars of age, we located. Found it horrible at the reception. Reception didn't confirm for 30 minutes. Meanwhile we booked in welcome heritage badi kothi because of fear. Just moved away. Strongly remove the name and re-tun my money and oblige. Whereas ayodhya stay at hotel ramayana is extremely good
