The room was booked because of the proximity to the IT park. The approach road to hotel was absolutely horrible, and the area during night looks really dingy and creepy. Also, just an hour before the checkin I got a call stating the stay had been moved to another property. Which I had to argue and then got the same property I booked. The room I stayed was good. Overall experience was poor

Staf behaviour is very rude even owner also not behave well and they directly denied what I selected at the time of booking like i am booked ac room with tv but both are not provided by hotel even water also not provided and hotel located very dirty place

Not worth the money.

The location was bad and hard to find. No food or water was provided. There was no TV. AC was not working on day 1. Staff charged extra money for I checked in early even though it was written 2 hours early checkin allowed.
