Bedsheets was stained, booked deluxe room was allotted to someone else and we got normal room, washrooms are terrible, there is no cleanliness

Poor Stay

Flush is leakage, no clean washroom and comod, no proper water supply. So bad situation here. Don't understand how they run hotel here

It was worst stay… reception guy was useless… before checking he was asking me to check our early tomorrow.. reason is tomorrow they hav loads of booking.. in room phone was not working.. dustbin was all messed up with pan spit.. washroom there was no mug… terrible

No power backup telephone & wifi only working when power supply is there not with backup staff deficient since lift was not working there was nobody available to bring my luggage to my room for more than 1. 5 hrs i had to bring it myself after 3 calls early check was not an option at all even with available rooms

Terrible place

The place is super shady in village area with wine shop in the ground floor. There is no power back up and electricity goes frequently. Hotel staff doesn't care once you have made the payment.
