Impressive from start to finish. Fast check-in, friendly staff, and a wonderfully clean room with an amazing bed. The gym and sauna were great additions. Definitely one of the best hotel stays I’ve had.

As per the terms, early check-in was included, but the hotel did not provide it. There was no hotel staff available, no cleanliness, the bathroom doors were broken, the TV was not working, the AC remote was missing, and the beds were very dirty. Overall, not satisfied at all.
