Staff absolutely non coperative. No soap, no towels in-spite of 3 reminder. No seating stool in bathroom. After inquiry. We are not providing seating stool. Early morning our schedule had been flop bcoz of irresponsible staff. Useless

The room was in worst condition. It was reeking is cigarettes and had even cigarette buds in cupboard. The cleanliness was at its worst. The safety and privacy was compromised as the room door didn’t have latch or prop we lock. I couldn’t even stay for a minute. Horrible experience

I reached hotel around 3.30 pm. When I reached there they were looking for available room… after 15-20 minutes they gave me one room. But again in room towels n toiletries were missing. I asked receptionist for the same but he said all towels are with Laundry man he will come by 5.30pm. how can someone run hotel by giving all the towels to laundry? They should have few in spare. Towels came around 7pm. Next day morning I asked for breakfast n they said we don’t have any kitchen. If you don’t have any kitchen n can’t provide breakfast, then why are you misselling the hotel room with breakfast n all meal options.

The property is a little hard to find as it is in some by lanes and the roads didn’t have lights at night. The room was basic, no-frills but functional. There was no breakfast on site but there were several inexpensive outdoor food courts nearby.

Facilities were not proper

Wifi not working. Washroom was so dirty even there were hairs too. Even on special request early breakfast was not availed. Under the bed all dust was there it was dirty.
