*Terrible Stay at FabHotel – Avoid at All Costs!* ★☆☆☆☆ I regret every second I spent at this so-called "FabHotel." What was advertised as a budget-friendly stay turned out to be a filthy, unsafe, and utterly disgusting experience. From the moment I walked in, the **stench** hit me like a wall – a mix of stale smoke, sweat, and something far worse. The **receptionist** looked and acted like a goon – unfriendly, unhelpful, and gave off serious shady vibes. I was exhausted from travel and had no energy to look elsewhere, so I stuck it out. Big mistake. The **room was a nightmare**: - **Bedsheets were stained and hadn’t been changed in weeks** (possibly months). - **Curtains were crusty, unwashed, and had visible stains** – absolutely revolting. - **Cockroaches crawling everywhere** – on the floor, walls, even inside the bathroom. - **No room service at all** – not even basic cleaning or water refills. The entire place had a **brothel-like atmosphere** – constant coming and going of shady characters, loud noises at odd hours, and zero sense of safety or hygiene. This wasn’t a hotel; it was a health hazard. **On the name of "FabHotel," this was a complete scam.** If you're looking for a clean, safe, and decent place to rest – **STAY FAR AWAY.** I’ve stayed in hostels cleaner than this. **Never again.** Save your money and your sanity – book literally anywhere else.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The lift was not working, and I was allotted a room on the 3rd floor, so I had to use the stairs. The room condition was also poor — the walls were dirty, with cement marks and peeled-off paint. This is not acceptable.

horrible, hotel is an under-construction building, no lifts, safety issues galore, rooms kept in the worst of conditions, reception is inside a makeshift shop. how does listing without verifying the reality on ground. I will blame the hotel equally for this. business should be done ethically and in a legitimate manner. you cannot fool people by images of the property.
