Hotel in pictures looks nice and clean. But reality is different, in room lots of cockroaches 🪳, No TV, dirty toilets. We waited to check in almost 40 min from 12 pm to 12:40 pm

Crawling with bedbugs, cockroaches. No hot water, dirty rooms and bedsheets, broken furniture, worst conditions to spend the night. only good thing was they have 4 wheeler parking

Ok, there weren’t any type of tea or coffee, not even in the morning, no assistance, not an intercom to connect with reception or room service, door handle was broken and not a single drawer was working.

All the facilities were good, if we talk about food then there is no facility of food in this hotel, for food there is a tiffin service 300 meters away, we can go there and eat. Water is available 24 hours, rest it is AC, there is fan, there is lift, these are all the facilities.

Entire experience was so pathetic that i dont have words to express. The location was bad. The reception was terrible and receptionist was beyond ugly and unhygienic. Rooms was smelling like hell. Cleaning was not done properly. Cigarette filters were inside the room. Bedsheets was not cleaned. No basic facilities like soap, towel, dental kit was been provided. There is no landline to connect with reception. no wifi. Location and hotel is not safe for womens at all. strongly not recommended from my side.
