Poor Stay

Size of the hotel rooms were good but it not well maintained. No proper sanitation products were provided. Mainly the staff member were not at all cooperating. Mainly the manager and security staff were very rude and also started shouting and misbehaving with female guests. Overall the experience at hotel was fine but due to the behaviour of the staff members the experience was very bad.

It was a horrible nightmare experience from the Hotel staffs. Abusive language and aggressive body language from them just because of disobey the rule of their Swimming Pool area. According to them we are not Indian, we are from Bangladesh and We doesn't know the culture. The body language of the hotel staffs as well as the security clearly state that, If we don't follow their instructions, they can do anything at anytime with Us (specially with ladies, they threatened to slap one of our female friends and throw her into the pool). Extremely unsafe for the Ladies Guest. Think twice before book this Hotel. Otherwise your self respect and dignity will be in danger

*There is NO access to wifi else all facilities are of 5 star hotel level !!!* We took a delux classic room which was a one bhk with a balcony on the ground floor. There is a grassy path connecting between room and the beautiful clean swimming pool. It was a lovely pool with enough pretty chair tables and many resting pool chairs surrounding the pool. I love the cleanliness of the hotel and the amazing helping hotel boys. There was in house restaurant too providing good food. The neighborhood area great. Temple barely 2/3kms away from hotel and all beaches are 2kms away

The hotel's food was very much poor and the restaurant staff does not know how to attend the customers.The service of the restaurant is extremely poor.Timings for the hi-tea and complementary breakfast were also not informed by the hotel staff.

Property was satisfying. Location of hotel was amazing, it was very near to all the beaches .Staff was helpful. Opposite to the hotel a nice food court is there .. Only problem was when we reached their pool water was not clean and entire day it took to clean and refill it which was a loss for us as we couldn't enjoy much in the pool, so they should be ready before hand if booking was done so early .
