businessThere was a no one to attend to customer. I wanted to take a hot water bath. I was told to put on switch and wait for 5 min. But shockingly there was no water supply. I cancel-led my booking by one day and left early. But the hotel refused to refund my money for the second day.

1. The hotel is situated very close to the railway station and approximately 1km from the local raichur bus stop. 2. The hospitality as soon as i entered the reception (located in the 1st floor) was very good. 3. But the hotel didn't even offer water as a complimentary thing. Rather they asked me to pay extra.
