The stay was terrible, there was no hot water available in the room. I pre-booked breakfast but i didn’t get any and when asked for it there was just bread available.

First of all the manager reyaan of main street inn is a soft spoken, well behaved & helpful guy. I requested him for 1 day early check-in as my son fell sick in pahalgam and for medical reason i needed to come to srinagar early. Reyaan accepted my request. After check-in, he came to my room to know how my son is. The property is newly built. The room was spacious, neat & clean. There was hot water supply in the bathroom. But the hot water is not available after 7 pm in the evening. There is no lift in the hotel. You need to order lunch & dinner in advance & they have limited options. The hotel is away (about 2. 5 km from main city & dal lake) overall, i recommend this hotel to stay

Hotel lies in narrow streets of Srinagar , has no scenic view in front or behind it, rooms are small and conjusted. Not at all as shown in pictures . We booked the rooms through make my trip but they were least concerned about the issues we faced there. We asked for the refund but they completely denied. It took us 6 hours to look for a new hotel. It was our first visit to Kashmir but they made our experience worst. So zero stars to this hotel.

We stayed at a ground floor room. The room was decent but gets very cold (even at 12c. There was no heater in room but had decent electric blanket. Hot water (common geyser) is available in morning and evening only. Sometimes you have to ask before they turn it on. There was no exhaust in bathroom. However, note that the room rates were low so can't expect evrything. The service and food was good (kid friendly. The road from dal gate gets congested due to the road condition (as on april 2024.

Hotel room was neat and clean. Bed heater was must required and found to be working in good condition to have nice sleep at night. Enjoyed comfortable stay with family at hotel main street. Only suggestion is to offer variety of food items, presently only limited options being offered. Thanks.

The behaviour of the ground staff is good. The problem is amenities. What is written is missing. The rooms are cold and there is a problem with hot water, you have to ask for the same repeatedly and power back up is also an issue. Bed hitter will work with an interval. The food is very monotonous and not good in terms of variety. It is not a hotel rather a home stay type. Tariff is quite high in terms of facilities. We left the hotel before the departure date.

Rooms are very decent, not much to expect. Frequently there is a electricity cut thats why heating blanket is of no use. Service is bad, have to ask for every basic things. Wifi doesnt work for top floor rooms which is a disappointment and because of that their tv also doesnt work as it is connected to wifi.
