It was a worst experience as I arrived at hotel and they were like that they have some event so they do not have rooms available, then they had to shift me to some other hotel to adjust my booking. This was not at all accepted, I had to move to other hotel because I couldn't stay there for 3 hours without room facility.

The rooms were very dirty and felt very cheap. Even the toilets were not clean and the room ambience was also very unpleasant. The photos shown on this is not true and the real room looks very different. I wouldn't recommend anyone even if you are traveling solo.

Hotel denied checkin, as only 1 room was available. They gave different hotel near by which was disaster. Very dirty washrooms. Not all clean. Flush was not working. Geyser also not working. I am very disappointed with makemytrip. Even after advance booking i had face all this.
