The reception and check in processing was good. There was no one to assist to enter th room, as usually 3 star hotels will have staff who will take you to room. The room was not much spacious compared to my previous visits. Overall it felt like an average stay and i feel the amount is higher for the comfort i received. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, and they made me feel right at home. The hotel's location was fantastic, surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of the serene landscapes. It was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, allowing me to unwind and relax. The room i stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, which made me feel at ease during my entire stay. The hotel's dining options were a delight, offering a diverse array of delicious dishes. Whether it was the local delicacies or international cuisine, every meal was a treat to the taste buds. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and ready to cater to any dietary preferences. Moonlit regency also had excellent leisure facilities, including a well-maintained swimming pool and a rejuvenating spa. Pros: Service is really good. Very convenient location. Bar attached with good variety food and beverages menu. Nice, clean rooms. Cons: Breakfast is almost like ala carte, no buffet. Food quality is just decent.

AC didn't work, with no fans in the room, had to struggle to get a pedestrian fan at 2:30 am. Average breakfast menu. Charge extra for an omelet with cheese.
