It's definitely not a 5 star property. Room sizes, interiors, and food were all below average. There was a wedding on all the days we were there and it was too crowded.

The resort is good however the rooms are not well maintained Checked in for 3 days on day 1 itself in the room given the phone was not working as a results couldn’t contact reception could not place in room dinning order after raising issue they tried to start the intercom but were unable same late in the evening the offered to change our room In the new room the lock system was not working So overall the rooms need massive renovation

Never been in such a noisy hotel before. Firstly it’s a wedding and events hotel. Secondly no soundproofing in rooms. The whole night there were trolleys screeching above us, music blasting outside till 2 pm :/, noisy corridors. Then somewhere during the night or early morning there is loud audio from a place of worship that may further disturb light sleepers. Also pretty much no service since some event or the other is going on always and the staff are always busy. Way better hotels to book. Skip it.

recently I stayed at this hotel..it was pleasant stay.The staff at the reception and other staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The only area that needs improvement is room service. Although the staff was polite, the service time was slower than expected. At check out I had to wait for around 1.5 hours due to late shifting of luggage Even after requesting multiple times..wasting precious time is not a professional conduct...little more efficiency in this department would make the experience much better.

Hotel - was filled with wedding guests and felt like I was put to one side. Given a small room in basement with a view of a wall. lack of real coffee is not something that needs to be raised at an issue with an International Hotel chain. Shower control didn't work and shower door would not close - certainly not the best breakfast I have ever had....food was at best warm

1. Room was very basic, doesn’t give 5-Star Feel. 2. Even after multiple calls for 2 days, we didn’t got shower gel. 3. After waiting for 30+ Minutes, no one came to receive the luggage during checkout.

Amazing property... Good rooms and ambience.. excellent restaurants and food.. best part is tranquility in terrace in morning.. Extremely courteous staff right from reception till checkout.. Only negatives - Room temperature cannot be adjusted and will remain around 20 - 22 deg as heaters are not active.. Secondly, make a wise choice while selecting the room.. as so called SUPERIOR rooms are basically BASIC ones with NO VIEW.. Although, I am extremely thankful to duty manager Mr. Arjun for saving me from the 3-nights Agony as he shifted me to a hill-lake view room.. Overall its worth spending the money at Radisson Blu as usual
