A wonderful stay, hotel is clean and newly built, location of the hotel is amazing for people not wanting to go inside the city, it is bang on highway, the staff was courteous. On whole a good and satisfied stay, we would be definitely visiting again.

Poor Stay

1 towel in both rooms as we were 4 paxin 2 rooms. Asked many times for that. Tea coffee sugar sachet were only for 1 pax in both rooms. Didn't provided even after saying many times. At luch hours ordered food came to table after half hour and waited another half hour for more breads since all were ordered at the beginning. That was our worst experience. Mmt charged near 22000 for 2 rooms for a single night. Can get many more facilities in a 5 star in same price.

Room size is good. but service is not up to the mark. They didn't provided toiletries. we had to call them again & again . food quality is average, but service is very poor. located at quite a long distance from Vishveshvar temple and has got to pay huge for local travels.

Misleading Experience

Hotel Review: Misleading and Frustrating Experience I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The first issue arose with the misleading location details . The listing claimed the hotel was just 5 km from the railway station, but in reality, it was a staggering 16 km away. This completely disrupted our time calculations and added significant inconvenience to our plans. Upon arrival, things only got worse. At the reception, the staff member Nitesh was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He lacked basic courtesy and showed no interest in assisting guests. Despite the check-in time being 2 PM, we weren’t given our rooms until 2:30 PM, and Nitesh’s behavior during the delay was unacceptable. The rooms themselves were in terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and with non-functional locks, raising serious safety concerns. The hotel’s remote location made traveling within the city even more difficult and time-consuming. As for the food, it was average at best, offering no redeeming quality to an otherwise poor experience. To make matters worse, the hotel’s Google reviews seem suspiciously. Many of them appeared to be paid reviews, and I noticed that one of the reviews was written by the same staff member, Nitesh. This dishonest practice further discredits the hotel. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was a thoroughly frustrating experience, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously. The false location details, rude staff, poor room conditions, and questionable make this place one to avoid at all costs.

The hotel was good but the distance and travel was not convenient it’s no way close to temple and conveyance is a big issue. Not advisable for temple visitors or people going to kashi this is very far. But hotel and staff is nice it’s too new to have any coments

Terrible Stay

disappointing stay i stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. from the very start, the staff at the reception was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills. they seemed indifferent to the concerns of guests and didn’t know how to communicate respectfully. the rooms were in terrible condition—untidy and poorly maintained. to make matters worse, the locks on the doors weren’t functional, which raised serious concerns about security. despite the check-in time being 2 pm, we didn’t receive our room until 2:30 pm, and even then, the staff remained unhelpful and dismissive of the delay. the location of the hotel, far from the railway station, added to the inconvenience, making it difficult to travel within the city. as for the food, it was mediocre at best, failing to compensate for the overall poor experience. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. it was one of the most unpleasant stays i’ve ever had, and i hope they take serious steps to improve their services.
