Poor Stay

Although the property is nicely built but the room allocated to us was not as per what was booked. The guest house is in residential area hence one has to walk for around 500 mtr even for tea, food etc. The hygiene is not maintained properly as they have less staff and the behaviour is rude. Our overall experience was bad for this stay as we felt cheated and a wrong room was allocated. The room was changed in ntervention of mmt customer care team. No tolieltries were provided as mentioned
