The experience was a bit mixed — one of the managers, was exceptionally helpful and professional, making sure all our needs were taken care of. However, another manager was quite rude and unaccommodating, which really affected our overall impression. I hope the hotel addresses this inconsistency in customer service, as the property itself has gI wanted to share feedback about my recent stay at your hotel. I had a positive experience with one of your managers, who was very courteous and went out of their way to assist us. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of another manager, who was rude and dismissive. This contrast in professionalism made my stay less enjoyable. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency in guest service, as your hotel otherwise provides a comfortable and pleasant environment

Not good ,mmt booking is like not welcome guest ,It is good ,reach the hotel and do booking ,not as per the arrival of guest ,the owner treat like they are providing the room booked by mmt as alien and we are staying for freee , even the waiter is also treating like that 😄😄😄😄,tried to call the mmt executive,he left me surprise,saying the owner is right booking is not for 24 hours it is 9am to 9pm

I stayed at Lakshmi Residency recently and found the experience to be average. The room was decent, but the bathroom was not well maintained, which was disappointing.
