the stay was good ,location wise it is very good you have temples -banke bihari, iskon, prem mandir very near. Also Radha keli kunj is very near to hotel. Facilities are good, restaurant inside hotel is quite good food they serve feel home-like. Their are frequent power cuts which is only the downside but their are power backups so not big issue.Staff is also friendly rooms are cleaned regularly

A comfortable family stay at Vrindavan. Location of the hotel is a big advantage as all major temples are near. You can easily find local transportation to move any of these major locations. Staff is polite and helpful. Food and services are good.

Dear Guest, Radhey Radhey Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that you were unable to enjoy the Free Room Upgrade. About the food, if you would have mentioned the issue to our restaurant staff, they would have would have taken immediate steps to rectify or even prepare a new dish for you. I have inquired with our resturant staff and they said that you didnt mention any issue about the food when asked. We are also sorry regarding the power cuts, but unfortunately we have no control over the electricity. We provided a 100% power backup by ussing a generator, which was immedaitely auto powered on within 1 min of power cut. But we can see, that 1 min of power outage must have caused you a lot of inconvenience. Regarding the insects, we had an off season shower on that day, due to which a lot of moths were atraacted to our well lit property. As you know that this is Shri Vrindavan and not a city so one may find that there are a lot of flora and fauna around here. However we had immediately appointed a pest control service to minimize it. That being said, we will strive to provide a better experience and see how we can improve the services on our end.

Room had some insects, many power cuts in a day, I had lunch included in my plan but unfortunately food was totally stale and smelly, i ordered 3 curry and in that mix veg and paneer Labaabdar was so unfresh and smelly, there was a lot of noise from other rooms and overall my e experience was very bad I won’t go there again
