My recent stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the hotel itself was fine, there were a few areas that could be improved. There was a delay during both check-in and check-out, and the staff wasn’t as proactive in assisting with luggage as i had hoped. That said, the overall experience was still pleasant, and i believe with a little more attention to guest services, the hotel could offer a much smoother experience.

Best stay for south indian people because we have the tamil people in reception and the hotel stay is 1st class neat and clean. No extra charges and all. And one more we get the south indian foods near to it.

I enjoyed my one night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for metro,bus and train to the airport and all city. The staff were friendly, I would book this hotel again without hesitation.

This is very close to Maharajalela monorail station which is the third from KL sentral and can reach within 5 minutes from there. Close to Chinese cultural center and if you cross over the road by foot overbridge you can reach Chinatown. You can start fresh and energetic with their buffet breakfast which is really good.

First of all the toilet is ugly. No extra drinking water. Given two small bottles first. At night around 9 pm requested some more water. They didn't. Bad hospitality.
