    i had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the sea-facing view was absolutely stunning, and waking up to it every day was a delight. the hotel itself was great, with clean and comfortable rooms. the pool was well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing swim. overall, a fantastic experience—i’d highly recommend it!

    It’s visibly a very old property which includes private residences, shops & restaurants all in one complex, hence adding up to chaos. Parking is always a challenge. Pros: big rooms with big balconies with sea view, clean beach. Cons: lacks basic amenities like toiletries, no phone to call room service, chaotic breakfast which is very average.

    Run down hotel. No wifi access, breakfast was not good we skipped 1 day because we couldn't eat the 1st day. Very dimly lit rooms. We stayed for 2 nights. Lot of maintenance required. Ac stopped working in the middle of the night.

    So the experience has been very poor as the room was not given as on promised time also the ac and hot water things were not working even after complaining multiple times

    Pros: the location, the balcony view, proximity to beach. Cons: the rooms are smelly, old rooms with no proper maintenance, washroom taps are misplaced and handle with care. Use of swimming pool time is 8am to 6pm. But they open pool after 9. At 8 you go they will be cleaning the pool. When i complained about this delay, the supervisor was not even ready to come and talk. Front office staff are not trained. Bell service they have table only. Nobody to attend during my two nights stay there. Hope they are not at all interested to welcome guests anymore. Don-no how to call reception also, no number given, the landphone

    Stunning view

    It is an ordinary hotel but it has a nice ocean view. The reception staff was kindly trying to be helpful. The swimming pool is good with a lovely waterfall garden but the depth is not same. You have to be careful.

    Excellent food and nearby Indian restaurants available.
    Excellent room. Best hotel in this trip with a beach view from the balcony. I prefer guys going to Penang to stay here.
