Fairly old property. Management hasn’t taken great efforts in the upkeep. Bathroom had no towel racks and the tiles had mold. Bath Towels appeared in average condition. There was a small TV which didn’t play any channels. Our Room size was good. Breakfast was decent. Staff is polite and cooperative.

If you are just looking for a roof then you can book it. The room is comfortable. But it doesn't belong to the 4 star category. How they even claimed to be a 4 star! the staff is annoying especially at the time of checkout. Service is terrible. Insects and mosquitoes inside the room.

Fine hotel for this price, and some luxury comforts. Friendly staff, good gym with modern equipment. Rooftop Swimming pool (clean and even beach towels were kept free for use) and views to sea. Room is big and comfortable with space. Luggage can be kept in cupboard. Television channels were working fine. Air condition was great. Free water bottles, coffee,tea, sugar sachets every morning with water kettle. Room cleaned and towels and linens changed every day. The place is in main road in malate, lot of nightclubs, pubs, many shops and a not far off big shopping mall (Robinson Place). Comfortable for getting transport. Even at early morning 3.30 a.m. we were able to catch a taxi within few minutes. The Road is not great for walking though as is not clean, but is dirty. But take an easily available cab or even tricycle coming all the the time outside the hotel. This is for all purposes one way road. Avoid rush hours on the road as is traffic jammed. My tip could help you as walking to the end of the one way road to beach is just 5 minutes, so during rush hours if you are coming to the hotel ask the driver to drop at the traffic end of the road (u can take a tricycle if you have large luggage) and could walk instead of ending up in traffic jams.
