Hotel location is very good. Close to palace square, Admiraltey, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Rooms are clean. Very miser on toiletries and water on date of arrival. They don't replenish the toiletries as they are used. You need to ask for each and everything. Breakfast is very limited choice. If you are a vegetarian/vegan, your options are very very limited. We took a suite and a superior room. Suite is spacious as expected, but superior room is not. It felt like a standard room.

Service is very good and the front desk was very polite and excellent in English so no communication problem.

Hotel location is very good. Close to palace square, Admiraltey, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Rooms are clean. Very miser on toiletries and water on date of arrival. They don't replenish the toiletries as they are used. You need to ask for each and everything. Breakfast is very limited choice. If you are a vegetarian/vegan, your options are very very limited. We took a suite and a superior room. Suite is spacious as expected, but superior room is not. It felt like a standard room.
