Excellent service but inconvenient location

The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. However, the hotel is very far away from the prophet’s mosque and it is in such an out of the way location that no driver will agree to pick you up no matter how close. It was a huge inconvenience as on top of a high rate, we had to pay a lot for transport and plan to start booking/flagging down cabs more than an hour before we need to leave
