The overall location was very soothing and nurturing. The staff were great. Food was lovely. Totally surreal experience by staying there. They provide snorkeling gears but that was paid with 100 baht per equipment. They provide free boat transfer from Tonsai pier in PhiPhi to resort with fixed timings.

The property is in a perfect location, right on the beach. The food was excellent, and you should definitely try the thai massage at the property while enjoying the view of the beach.

Best location nearby sea. Good view of mountains. Cool place for relaxing. Little bit isolated place from phi phi main attraction.

The hotel location and room was excellent. If someone can book the beach front rooms, it will be a lifetime experience. But the food in the hotel is not that great and not value for money. One should definitely try a few restaurants at tonsai pier where there are tons of restaurants and lots of options.

Had a quite relaxing vacation with amazing quality food & super amazing spa along with a bonus breathtaking view for our holiday pictures at kalima. We indeed had a great stay hope we visit again. Pros - 1. Excellent rooms with nicely done open bathrooms & bath tubs. 2. Great infinity pool with bar and an amazing sunset. 3. Breathtaking view from rooms and restaurants which makes this place amazing for holiday pictures. 4. Each and every food that i ordered at the room was excellent quality with great taste. Their mango sticky rice with coconut milk is a must have. I have tried several places but this was the best one with a slight twice. Must try dish. Also the salmon steak & tom khao was excellent quality. 5. Spa - we took the monday 1+1 offer which was the best decision. It was worth the money. All our muscles were completely relaxed and we slept that night like anything. If you are staying at the property then spa is a must try. 6. There mobile apps is absolutely great and user friendly. We did not had to talk to any staff for any information and was super helpful with quick access from transportation to food to all nearby places to visit in phuket with pricing of transportation. Also loved the part that the smart tv they have in the room you can sync your mobile which was great for us to listen to some relaxing music. Cons- 1. Hotel is huge so you will have to use stairs for rooms on 4th floor and above. So if you have any issues after check-in you should let the reception know. I did got a call from hotel reception asking me if i want to change my room which is great hospitality. But for me it was good workout on stairs to burn some calories so i choose a room with higher floor. 2. I wish they increase the frequency of free shuttle to patong beach and also the last bus is around 7:30 pm which if increased to 9 pm it can help. Because taxi charges 400 baht one way.

The place and location was really good, restaurant was nice but the room was average. Air condition wasn’t working properly. Washroom doesn’t have a lock and it wasn’t clean.

The hospitality and location was excellent if you are looking for peace near the blue sea shore. This place is 2.5 km away from the party-place on the island...

Our room was right in front of the beach. Easy accessible to beach. You could stay there with peace for couple of nights or more.

It's a good resort. Was staying in the beach facing villa. Good service, good food. You get a private beach for yourself which is the best of this resort.

I stayed in the Paradise Resort with my friend from 17 to 19 January. We did our booking based on the reviews written on MMT. We took a ferry from Phuket and reached Phi Phi, where the Paradise hotel's ferry was already waiting for us. It took us to our hotel. In fact, the people around said it's the best property in entire Phi Phi. The Resort is right next to the beach. We took a room with beach view. It was big and clean. You may find mosquitoes troubling you at night. The reception closed after 9 Pm. You won't find anyone to assist you in case you have any problem. There is no facility called as room service. Though you can ask the hotel staff to get the room cleaned and towel exchanged in the morning time. This might be the hotel culture some Indians might not be used to. The water supply to washrooms is cut after 12 mid nice, up till 6 am. We had an amazing experience. The rooms are made of glass, no walls. The breakfast was amazing. Healthy breakfast. The hotel also booked day tour for us. Staff was friendly, if you are being friendly to them of course. I'd love to visit again.

Enjoyed every bit of our stay especially the private beach was breathtaking and splendid view.

Though the resort is situated a little far away from Tonsai Pier and the main town, it is totally worth the pick because it is located on the best beach of the island, Long Beach. Half an hour by walk and 5 mins by boat, taxi. You can easily reach the town for food, party and for activities like island hopping, diving, etc. (which will be much cheaper from town rather than booking through resort) The view from the restaurant and the beach is so good that I kept one eye open while lazing on the beach, didn't feel like leaving. Staff were courteous, breakfast options for veg were limited. Rooms were spacious and clean though nothing very fancy. Thoroughly enjoyed the Thai massage at the in house massage centre which was done very professionally. Compared to other resorts on the Long Beach, this one is friendlier for those on a budget compared to other resorts at this price range, would surely choose this one, simply for the location, view and beach access. Many others are on top of cliffs and have no or limited small beach access and would give you a view of the busy pier instead of the vast blue ocean. Though we weren't aware of all this, very happy we ended up.

Staff was nice, very polite and very friendly. Resort is nearby the beach so can go to the beach whenever you want. Also, they provide a tour for snorkeling, diving and beach hopping. At last in the evening you can have massage the staff is very friendly and professional.

The view from restaurant is to die for. Amazing food, friendly staff.

Staff was very arrogant and money minded. For every question you ask, their answer is no. Location is isolated and far from the market area and for every trip to the market, you have to pay extra to boat taxi. Rooms don't have intercom phone, you have no chance to contact reception. you have to personally talk to reception counter for any requirement or orders which is too far from the room.

We paid huge amount to stay at beachfront for one night, with expectations after travelling thousands of miles we reached phi phi island, on arrival it was good that hotel staff was waiting with sign board to welcome us then we traveled from Tonsai pier to long beach with their long tail boat. once we reached the long beach, the property situated on the beach itself. it is small property. the check-in process is fast and we have received the room key to movealong. once we entered the room We were shocked to see that the room is very very basic and it has no view. The management should keep the room name has tree front instead of beachfront. The room were directly facing the tree and no view of sea. We were worried and went to ask the receptionists and she said all rooms are full. I told her we traveled so long and we booked beachfront but you have given me the wrong room. But she said sorry sir no free rooms. Just a sorry how it will compensate our long travel and huge money we paid. We were cheated. Bad experience in our trip. Our expectations failed in paradise resort. Don't stay here. Very expensive and not worth stay. Good hotels are available in Tonsai bay or laemthong.

The cottages or rooms are great, we had a great ocean view. Though the services can be improved multiple folds. The reception staff can be politer and more prompt to requests.
