There is no indoor restaurant or restrooms the lobby is unwelcoming and no staff to take care of you.. pathetic and old rooms with termites running all around your bed and on your bed and when you complaint the staff is rude saying lower your volume why would you not raise your voice at 1am when you sleep is broken by termites running on you... you ask for a room change they take time but did it eventually... the taps are broken in the other room as well.. first visit to phi phi and I am not impressed by the hotels here... they are pathetic...

I booked two rooms for my family and they didn't clean rooms while 2 days of stay room 115 was having licking Ac deck by which the room got wet full day. They even didn't give water bottles which after asking. Pathetic stay in Phi Phi

First of all location is superb as its a beachfront, Hotel and water is crystal clear. Rooms are little small size, but it’s okay. It’s on island so you cannot expect Everything♥️ for this price. Have a life bar, which is also different which amazing food and cocktail menu, so you can expect everything which is needed for a good trip.

very very small rooms. no space in washroom. no breakfast option other than fruits for Indian. only thing is location. phi phi town also get closes by 7: 30 pm only few places are open. Thailand people are very rude. just flaunt your money in front of them and donot buy from their shop they will be after you begging to shop!
