Check-in process was quick but I had to pay for the ice bucket also, come on who charges for ice bucket, and requested for extra water bottles and operator said it’s chargeable, there is no dental kit available in room, such a horrible stay here in this hotel, not going to stay in any of the fortune hotel from now on.

The bed was heavenly—supportive mattress, crisp linens, and a pillow menu that let me choose exactly the firmness I like. Housekeeping left the room spotless each afternoon without ever intruding on my schedule. Amenities: Fast, reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to catch up on work, and the in-room coffee machine was a thoughtful touch for early mornings. I also took advantage of the well-equipped fitness center and the pool, which was sparkling clean and never crowded. Dining: Breakfast at Fortune’s all-day restaurant was a highlight—fresh fruit, live egg station, and plenty of healthy options alongside the classics. Stay was pleasant and good. breakfast was not up to the mark. in my last stay in February, the food was good, and even though they had live counters with dosa and other items, this time I miss the live counter. and some work was going during the day with heavy noise.

Reception staff uday was very helpful, and the service was good. It's a good choice for people who like to party, as there are many nearby nightclubs and good restaurants. However, a good night's sleep may be difficult due to the noise from the pubs, and i feel this hotel is a bit overpriced.

Actually this hotel was good for all catogories like couple, friends, family. Room service was exceptional. Every staffs are cool and calm. In near of hotel lots of restaurents, cafetria also available and opposite side big talal supermarket is avaialble. Bus stop also in-front of the hotel.
