Friendliest of staff ! best location and best people ! lewis, simone and so many others were so lovely that i cant thank them enough. From carrying luaggages to second floor to helping with toddlers milk and guiding to the best restaurant, letting references and the list goes on !

Terrible Stay

we reached the place at 8pm on the day of arrival. the main gate at the ground level was locked and there was no one to open it. even pressing the doorbell multiple times the door didn’t open and no one even bothered to pick up the call. being new to the city we had nowhere to go and we got stranded outside the hotel in freezing cold ( yes, people from mumbai consider 8 degree freezing cold) we had to look for alternate accommodation. never recommended if you are arriving at the hotel in the evening/night… simply pathetic. nope, there is no experience of the hotel when you didn’t get an entry
