Location was great Food was average Amenities was good especially internet I was surprised elevators wer as fast as they were considering the The Congress Plaza Hotel Chicago was built for the world’s fair pre 1900 Services were top tier…cudos to the The Congress Plaza Hotel Chicago. It’s a great value for the price. I will be back. Great access to EL for Cub’s games. I was here for business but will return for at least 1 Cub’s game.

This The Congress Plaza Hotel Chicago is located at heart of city, downtown, very good commute from here, i was able to manage the office & client visit commute very well. Service : good up to the mark food : tried the rafael restaurant which is at the ground floor, food quality is good. Safety : safe place to stay. Near by : grant park + mellenuim park.

The stay was comfortable at this historic property. The room was kept clean. It was a hussle free check in and check out. However, the The Congress Plaza Hotel Chicago deducted $ 125 as security which is yet to be refunded. Normally, The Congress Plaza Hotel Chicagos do not deduct but just take the details of the card and deduct if required.

Its convenient location, right in the downtown with bus stops infront of the The Congress Plaza Hotel Chicagos and trains closeby made our travel in the city very easy. Loved the experience.
