Our stay at Trump hotel was excellent, we booked superior Queen room for 2 nights as we were 3 people , the room size was quite big with two queen size beds , lavish bathroom and shower area which were all separated by a glass partition . Their gym and swimming area are quite good with the needed equipment. The big plus is the location as we used the flix bus to commute from and to LA and flix bus stop is on fashion road which is just opposite to Trump hotel. The big mall opposite the hotel makes our trip extremely convenient. We extended 3rd night stay here and I booked kin g bed size room for 3rd night but when we requested at reception to stay back in the same room as our previous nights so that we don't get hassles of packing and shifting to another room, they agreed at a nominal rate to upgrade our room so that we remained in the same room. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. One point to consider at the time of booking that they charge USD 39 plus taxes for each night as resort fee on top of room booking charges.

Absolutely pathetic and rude staff. Very arrogant. They lack basic values of treating a customer , we traveled overseas for vacation and the behaviour of the staff was very very very pathetic.

Easy to get out of the hotel to roam around the city cz its just a single tower. Which is best thing about Trump Tower over other big hotels of Vegas. And Free Parking is an extra perk.

Excellent responses by most employees. Though an additional resort fee is mandatory, it is less than most other hotels around. Additionally, they gave a discount on that resort fee on request. Mr. Roberto stands out as an extremely courteous person in the restaurant. The advance amount on checkout was credited to my account the same day. The additional safety of swiping cards to access the lifts were impressive, coupled with the fact that this is most probably the only hotel near the strip which doesn’t have gambling in the lobby, which adds to the security.

We had a very good time at the hotel and the staff were helpful, we experienced the best hospitality while check-in. We had a really good time there. The view from my room was the best, we can see the sphere, vegas strip. The ambiance was awesome we had the best experience overall and we would like to visit the trump hotel again for sure.

It is 5 star hotel with good location; but service is not good staff is mainly rude and doesn’t offer any support. Gym & pool is good and well maintained. Restaurant has limited options with high price breakfast is at high priced

The lifts were not working for continuously 3 days out of 4 only 2 were working the breakfast that we had for the first day was awful would never ever recommend and feels cheated with the price that we paid

We have a great stay overall in trump hotel in vegas. The only thing that was concerning was the room service which took really long most of the times. Minimum 20-30 mns were taken whenever we requested for anything in the room. Rest everything was great. Thanks!
