The hotel stay was amazing. The most important thing is the location the location which the hotel is located in a located at its in front of the mountain above the mountain. In between the mountain you get to see all the views and they have a very good restaurant with mountain view which is for Norma. The food is excellent to have Indian options but you have to tell the chef to prepare the Indian food for you. The cable car all the activities of its just near to the hotel. The hotel is in fact attached to the cable car and all the activities are in the premises of the hotel only. So it's a very plus point the food and ambience, the staff, the facility, the services of the hotel. Every thing was amazing every

Good - location and view from the room. Bad - guest experience and hospitality was very bad. There was no heating arrangement in the room and the outside temperature was 10 degrees. You don’t expect that from a 5 star property. Entire night we were feeling cold. Breakfast buffet was ok. Service of the staff was horrible. We reached at 10. 45 am and were told to speed up as the buffet closed at 11 am. When we asked for coffee the waiter showed his watch and told its 10. 55 and they cant serve us coffee. This is the worst service we have ever seen and in 5 star its unacceptable. We were travel-ling for my wife’s birthday and i had requested to do something special while making the reservation. They did nothing. Also for the dinner we had booked a table with a good view. And this time we reached 5 minutes early also. But they gave our table to someone else. The staff should be given some training in hospitality is my only recommendation. Pols look for cheaper options and dint book this hotel
