I booked a single room and they did not have any so I got a twin room at Rs.1300 and it’s very good for that price range. The food price and all are also reasonable. Overall good experience

Rooms were clean. Local was perfect. And service was also great. Foods were delicious too. I stayed in room no 306

I had a pleasant stay at hotel, staffs were cordial, nice and clean rooms food were good registration process was smooth overall a comfortable stay and i highly recommend

Not a good hotel to stay. Only 1 staff to manage entire hotel post 10. 30pm. Wanted water, called all numbers but no was there to attend. Had to go down myself for water. Housekeeping comes at 9am only. No dental kit. Had to ask reception to buy from outside for me.

Not a perfect service as per pricing room service is not up to our expectations preparation of room lacks some basics like bucket/bath mug in bathroom which provided on demand although food is good in restaurant.

Amazing stay at hotel. Though the packages in Phuntsholing does not include breakfast and hence, you need to order as per ala cart. Easily located. It is near Bhutan gate, so one can easily locate it.

Stay was comfortable, but food items in the restaurant is extremely high priced. A bowl of Pilli Dal is very high and a plate of boiled rice is also too costly. That's kind of high priced food is available in 5 star Hotel not in 2/3 stars hotel.

I stayed here with family. The Hotel people are very professional and very cooperative. Excellent service, good food and good ambiance. Surely it's a nice stay.

We paid money in 3 month advance which is way much more than the class of hotel. Price of the hotel was decreased before actual date of travel.
