Fantastic stay at mela bali

We stayed at mela for 4 days and i sold admit that it was one of the best experiences. Property was fabulous, staff very courteous and quick to attend. Private beach, pool side and activities at resort through the day kept us engaged. Kids have interesting and engaging activities too and everyday movie time at 630pm was our kids look fwd to time. Indian veg food was minimal but manageable but the chefs ate willing to go extra mile to make you feel comfortable with best available choice.

The property is located in a different class altogether. One gets relaxed just at the reception itself with the warm welcoming staff and grand interiors. Big property with limited sea view

The property is huge like mentioned and shown in pics but that's what limited my experience to stay on beach resort. Cons 1) you cannot see sea from your room and its a long walk from room till beach 2) only 1 main pool which is less to accommodate so many people other pool is on different side and for level 1 guests. Other properties in same area have a lot more infra in this respect 3) all activities within premises are paid and prices are on higher side. 4) limited vegetarian food options. Pros 1) rooms 2) service and hospitality 3) beautiful sand art work within premises and seveal restaurants. The best and most happening restaurant is on the beach with entertainment programme during evening

Stayed 6 nights at melia, and loved it. Beautiful resort with very nice beach, every night there were live performances, very helpful staff and room was all clean, and comfortable. Needs to improve. Food varieties in menu, and buffet. Needs to get rid of the level system, all the other guests feel left out because of that, at-least in public areas the amenities should be same for every one. Please think about it.
