Ambience was straight from paradise, service is topnotch. You could literally live like a royalty. Food is a little expensive though. Aminities are world class. They even offer a free photo shoot and give a digital copy. And there is free shuttle to ubud center. Only disadvantages are taxis are not allowed in the area, other than for klook and tour packages. If you're a vegetarian, you have to go out to eat. Breakfast is impressive. And oh, there is 20 percent discount on spa services. You could just roam around the resort for a full day and still not be fulfilled.

Look and feel is excellent. Service is top-notch. Only one thing you can’t have grab or go jek taxi there, but they provide shuttle service on some fix timings to centre of ubud only. Airport drop and pickup will be charged 500k idr. Free complimentary photoshoot and you can only have 1 digital photo for free. Room decoration they provide for free if you make a special request. Beware of nearby money exchange they are fraud. Only do money exchange nearby ubud centre. Property overall excellent. Free snack 3-5 in the evening. Breakfast for vegetarians is ok ok.

The property is very nice. It is well maintained and just in the lap of nature. enjoyed the river passing by!!! Restaurant, swimming pool, spa and other amenities are wonderful. The staff is polite. I suggest to improve the service by reception as they are not so supportive as other staff is. They do not have universal mobile charging point and hence you have to give diposite to get charging adapter. Overall, the stay was very good🙏🏻

Very good place to stay for honeymoon. Very warmth hospitality. Very good room with valley view. Also enjoy floating breakfast there. This resort is inside the ubud, you cannot go for a walk outside in the evening, since it is very dark there. Only complaint is limited veg options and not good indian food. We ate only bread, butter and cereals. We also order veg noodles and fried rice but the taste is not so good.

Location: little interior compared to ubud centre but there frequent shuttle service which is free of cost, food: limited indian food available, but wide spread multi cuisine complementary breakfast, rooms are very spacious and staff are very helpful. It was a good and peaceful resort. Initially we were given a room where there was no privacy because there was a building right construction right in front was happening but they changed the room on request next day. Food options are very limited in buffet and should definitely be improved. Staff is very welcoming.

Property is stunning. All facilities are great cons - more than 70% guests are indian and still no indian food options. It is so far away from main ubud that even online food orders are not delivered. Add to it even grab taxi is not allowed in the The Lokha Ubud. Rest all great

It was a good stay at the lokha. The resort is perfectly located bit away from bustling ubud market. However it also provided free shuttle services if you want to go to ubud market. We had a peaceful stay at the resort. It has amazing river valley view. Good options available for breakfast if you are vegetarian.

Amazing property amid-st dense woods. Very well maintained spacious rooms with a bathtub facing the jungle. Both the categories of the rooms have an amazing view. Floating brekfast in the main pool was outstanding. Overall a great place to stay in ubud with a great hospitality.
