Apart from location not is good in this hotel. They are extra city tax which was not mentioned during the booking. Hotel is in very old building, everything was dirty in the room, room was smelly all the furniture was made by fabric and it was dirty. Mattress had bedbugs. No variety in breakfast.

Charging socket not working, asked to replace not done, no water to drink, poor breakfast menu, a bathtub without a use, a 20 hr hotel. Receptionist knows rooms are in pathetic conditions yet they wont do anything. Dont book this hotel please, dont waste your money. By a hotel near railway station ( do not book across the canal ) its a thief city.

I won't suggest staying at this Hotel. My room was only 7 feet wide, extremely small. Breakfast was too just about ok. The only thing good was the location but you can get a similar location at some other hotels. No free water. Nothing. Overall bad experience.

I was scared to to go to this hotel post booking. I tried to cancel the booking multiple times but unfortunately it was nine refundable fare despite all attempt I checked in this hotel. I would say it wasn't that bad I stayed in room it's ok for 1 or 2 days. Location is very nice everything is near by but porter service is needed if you have luggage with you as there is a bridge with good number of stairs to reach here from Santa Lucia.

Just opposite of Venice main Station i.e venecia Santa Lucia. Need portar for luggage caring 5 euro per luggage to Hotel through pedestrian bridge. Only stairs no lift in Hotel so again luggage caring in 2nd floor very tough. Many floor tiles was broken inside the room and their only response was a sorry. No indian restaurant near by.

Just a short distance from the Santa Lucia Station. Everything else is close by too including Burger King. Rooms are small but manageable. Rooms that provide canal view are worth the price. Breakfast is okay not too great. Lunch and dinner has to be someplace else.

As my stay was really really excellent. I stayed in hotel for 4 days. Location is just 2 min walking from pizzale roma and to reach pizzale roma its very convenient and reasonable with help of public transport. As per my stay I will just suggest and review that all was excellent even the breakfast was assume. I will just say please keep and maintain a chanhe routine in breakfast because as per my stay I have to eat same breakfast daily and by which was bit bore of having it.

Actually it depends the room you are staying, which can make a lot difference on staying. We offered to choose between a front canal view room instead of a regular standard room which makes a huge difference under that condition the the air condition will not work for the first 5 hours as they are repairing that on the front view canal room. We checked both the room, room size is terribly small maybe that is normal for venice, I am not sure but the so called standard room has no windows to open. All one can see is big walls outside but the front view you can see the canal. so we choose that canal view hotel. This room makes our stay very nice. Which makes a lot different. The other option was pretty bad also who is on the front desk represents the hotel. When we checked in the reception was not that nice but later when we came on the evening the girl who was there was very helpful when we ask her about our route to explore. She was happy to help. So it is also depends, the same hotel can come as a totally different shape. It can be very nice if you are lucky enough or not that good but it is maximum 200 meter from the train station which is good.

Beds were not comfortable, WiFi was not getting connected. Location was amazing, just in front of the main station. Value for money only if they take care of few things like bed and WiFi connectivity. The room heater was also not that effective.
