Excellent stay

Excellent room. We were a little early (12:30 PM) and the check-in time is 2:00 PM but our room was ready. Also by mistake it was a twin bedroom with 2 separate beds but on request they actually made it in a king size bed. Very well connected to Venice and airport. You have a supermarket next to it and a MacDonald's with a self order monitors. No complaints, only the hotel staff could be more tourist friendly and help us with details on like Bus services, tour packages and stuff.

Nice for the price. Mentioned and worth to live in the hotel in the Christmas time, it was a nice experience. Had a lifetime experience in this hotel, with my family we had a nice breakfast as well and the cleaniliness was also good .. Like it very much

Nice hotel to stay

It was a nice stay in the hotel. Good room, but hotel should include tea coffee inside the room, hot water also (it is mandatory if they are maintaining 4 star category hotel). Market next to the hotel (SPAR supermarket, Ticketing facility, MacDonald). Overall 4 out of 5.

Overall experience was good. Its value for money. Breakfast was ok. Very convenient to travel as the bus station was opposite to the hotel. Its almost like staying in Venice as you just have hope on a bus and can reach in 10 mins. This place is also very close to the airport.

Terrible Stay

Worst ever hotel I have stayed. The first day we check in, the Air Condition was not switched on in our Friends room. We call the reception and tell them. They say that the control is at the reception and they missed switching it. So forgiven. That night I get up sweating at 5 am to find the AC off in my room. I call the desk and a guy picks up. When I ask him to turn on the AC, he does it. Then I ask him, why it was switched off. He gives this reply, you just called me and told me, so I have turned on and cuts the call. The same thing happens the next night. The same guy, but I wake up at 2 am. Call him and ask him why the hell was the AC turned off. He gives me the same reply. The following day when I was supposed to check out at 1 pm, the AC was switched off at 9 am itself. Again the same frequin phone call. The food for the breakfast smelt so bad that the hunger I had when I entered the restaurant immediately disappeared. Crappy service all around. The hotel next to it also belongs to the same group and the staff are the same. I expect no better service from them.

They do not provide water or electric kettle as part of the room. Although the location of the hotel is awesome. There is a bus stand just in front of the hotel and there are two departmental stores just adjacent to the hotel. That would really help you out with your expenses. The breakfast amazing and so was the staff. Although it is not in Venice and is in Mestre, the connectivity to Venice island is very good to compensate. The Wi-Fi was really slow, it is closed to useless.
