The room can be described as “what you see is what you get”. The ac is nice, the washroom is small but clean, shower and hot water work great. There is no bidet in case you were wondering. There is also a small fridge that you can use to store some drinks or water. A safe is also provided, although the one in my room did not work. I think the best part about my stay was the excellent staff and service. No matter what questions i had, they always helped me out, be it directions to a place i was headed to, or suggestions on what and where to eat. The housekeeping and roomservice is excellent and timely. I came back every night into a clean and tidy room with the bed made, floors mopped, and a fresh set of slippers and towels. There might be better options out there that may cost a little more, but the combination of staff, the connectivity and the area near by is what made my stay lovely and if i ever get the opportunity to visit this country again, i will book a stay here only.

Nice and clean stay around singapore. I keep coming to the same hotel even if it is quite far from the places i need to visit because the staff is great, cleanliness and location. There are good places to eat around, and the location is a tourist destination on it own. Very beautiful part of singapore.

Well maintained for the price range. Beds and rooms are clean. You have to keep following up on housekeeping, but they do a good job. I spotted mold, and they were quick to move me to another room. Overall great service, and i totally recommend it.

The room can be described as “what you see is what you get”. The ac is nice, the washroom is small but clean, shower and hot water work great. There is no bidet in case you were wondering. There is also a small fridge that you can use to store some drinks or water. A safe is also provided, although the one in my room did not work. I think the best part about my stay was the excellent staff and service. No matter what questions i had, they always helped me out, be it directions to a place i was headed to, or suggestions on what and where to eat. The housekeeping and roomservice is excellent and timely. I came back every night into a clean and tidy room with the bed made, floors mopped, and a fresh set of slippers and towels. There might be better options out there that may cost a little more, but the combination of staff, the connectivity and the area near by is what made my stay lovely and if i ever get the opportunity to visit this country again, i will book a stay here only.

Hotel receptionist was good in assisting however i feel that the near by Venue Hotel The Lilys are at lower price. I have enquired after going there. Also the staff was well trained to assist, welcome and serve the client. I checked out early in the morning even at that time the person attending front desk was so fresh and energetic. Nice and clean stay around singapore. I keep coming to the same Venue Hotel The Lily even if it is quite far from the places i need to visit because the staff is great, cleanliness and location. There are good places to eat around, and the location is a tourist destination on it own. Very beautiful part of singapore.

Well maintained for the price range. Beds and rooms are clean. You have to keep following up on housekeeping, but they do a good job. I spotted mold, and they were quick to move me to another room. Overall great service, and i totally recommend it.
