the property they show in the image is totally wrong, low ceiling , no lift for 2nd floor , no air , no room service, it is like a dungeon, prison, two days we stayed like jail, the staff were very rude , we are helpless, plz avoid this hotel

I stayed here with my wife. It was overall a good experience. Hindi speaking staff from Myanmar were there so it was easy to communicate and understand things because 99% of Thai people doesn't speak and understand English so things are pretty complicated here. Food was good but expensive but you won't find lesser than this because every Indian restaurant is charging high for Indian food.

Not a Diamond stay

The lady manager was very professional and helpful. Hotel lobby is very nice and clean. Our family triple suite was big enough for the four of us. This is where it ends completely. Bathroom was in bad state. Washbasin was broken. No soap, no small towel. Water jet fitting was broken, it could not be hanged. Shower glass doors were very risky. Sewerage lines in here are a mess. As such flush is not proper. Small cabinets are broken. Ac is of smaller capacity thus cooling is effective only in front of it. We had lunch here. I assure you it is completely avoidable. Your stomach will revolt. Tea is pathetic. The only saving grace is their staff. Helpful.
