Checkin experience - Smooth; The staff was courteous, and helpful and the checkin and checkout was really smooth. 10/10 Rooms - The property is a bit dated and it shows in the details - bath room door squeks. Bathtub itself doubles up as shower, so if you re with a kid, and he doesn’t like the old school showers in the tub, its gonna be a challenge. 7/10 Breakfast - Decent spread, not comparable to Taj standards but manages to serve the purpose. They do have an Indian section in breakfast too which is small but good to have. 8/10 Overall 8/10

Hotel is well maintained and breakfast is nice. Hotel Staff and food is nice. I need my partial refund of the third day. I vacated Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium one day before due to change in plan. I hope make my trip will get the refund done.

It was big beautiful Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium it has nice swimming pool And view from Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium was very good But the only thing that was missing is Furniture were too old And washroom was not very Morden type

Good and clean Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium also has lot of Indian options to eat, rooms were neat and clean. There was some issue with shower.
