We had an extremely good experience here. Here's what happened. We accidentally booked the wrong dates and had made the full payment online. We were in tears since we had booked it with our hard earned money. But they were able to give us a room without any extra charges or hassle. But this was only because it was off season and they had rooms available. In any case we were really grateful. Talking about the property: it's located at a very scenic place. It is not beach side but has a sea view. They have a jacuzzi, a steam room, and sauna. Rooms were spacious, clean and the pool was clean as well. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful at their restaurant as well as reception. All in all, value for money

Location + hotel is like a 5 star but hospitality is below 3 stars

The location and overall hotel interiors seems to be of a 5 star level. It's beautiful and breathtaking, however, i don't think the hotel can cope with so many guests at once. The lady at the reception, her name starts with 't' is very cold and uninterested when you ask her for anything. She will rarely go out of her way for anything. Even at their restaurant 'vanilla, the older lady and rarely makes efforts to fulfill requests. Their first answer itself is always no. I find that the hotel needs a major hospitality lesson on how to treat guests. Not at all hospitable. Most of them speak below-average English and as people i found them to be very impatient and cold heart-ed as people.

We had an extremely good experience here. Here's what happened. We accidentally booked the wrong dates and had made the full payment online. We were in tears since we had booked it with our hard earned money. But they were able to give us a room without any extra charges or hassle. But this was only because it was off season and they had rooms available. In any case we were really grateful. Talking about the property: it's located at a very scenic place. It is not beach side but has a sea view. They have a jacuzzi, a steam room, and sauna. Rooms were spacious, clean and the pool was clean as well. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful at their restaurant as well as reception. All in all, value for money

Location + hotel is like a 5 star but hospitality is below 3 stars

The location and overall كود ساموي هوتل interiors seems to be of a 5 star level. It's beautiful and breathtaking, however, i don't think the كود ساموي هوتل can cope with so many guests at once. The lady at the reception, her name starts with 't' is very cold and uninterested when you ask her for anything. She will rarely go out of her way for anything. Even at their restaurant 'vanilla, the older lady and rarely makes efforts to fulfill requests. Their first answer itself is always no. I find that the كود ساموي هوتل needs a major hospitality lesson on how to treat guests. Not at all hospitable. Most of them speak below-average English and as people i found them to be very impatient and cold heart-ed as people.
