No proper Light in Room , Some staff are rude and Don't response any query , Rooms clothes are dirty . I would like to share you one incident that was happened in Sunday resort Me & My wife with baby are going Night market and we ask for shutter (free service by resort) at 5:30PM one of the receptionist I don't no her name she told us that shutter will leave at 6:00PM and we wait for 10 mins after that we went in our room for changing baby diaper and informed her to call us if we are late .at 6:04 PM when we reached lobby after changing baby diaper shutter was left .When we asked her why she don't informed or call us she told us that it's your duty to come on time.

surprisingly no room service, no security guard, no lunch no dinner available only breakfast with very limited menu. no telephone in rooms. only one staff reception in entire resort . we stayed for two days. shocking experience

If you're looking for a getaway from the hustle bustle of the city this is the place to be. A little far from Ao nang Town but there is. Free shuttle service so no inconvenience. Very close to the floating market of Ao nang. The rooms are clean and there are 2 swimming pools. This place is very close to nature and gives you an amazing experience. The only con could be the presence of wildlife and some insects which is manageable.

It is like living in a jungle as it was designed

At the night you would hear sound of cricket and other as you feel like living in a jungle. It depends upon person to person what they like. Washroom was not up to mark to have a shower. It is my personal view it might be scary at night if you have children with you. They provide limited time shuttle service to main market that is the biggest problem at this hotel. It is Around 1.5 to 2 km away from the main market. If you come to hotel after 9:30 they will charge you for Tuk Tuk. Overall I would not like to stay in such a hotel again. You have to pick your laundry from the reception yourself they don't provide it to your room.

Nice and cozy atmosphere limited pick-up and drop to Aonang resort. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging our day trips, offered the cheapest price. We saw snake, very scary experience, later on it was caught by their staff. The mattress is of very cheap quality there is a mobile network tower just behind the building, the radiation is definitely harmful. Dead slow room service.

Service, location, cleanliness was superb and value for money. I didn't expect the resort would be in such a wonderful place. I would recommend people to stay in this great place to stay at much reasonable price. What a lovely place, tranquil and exquisite, lovely staff and a lovely environment. Hotel provides shuttle to both area. Recommended for people looking for more quiet and serenity area. The room itself is spacious and complete with air conditioning, kettle, mini bar and tv with limited channel. The bathroom is unexpectedly spacious too. Shower is in open space with no tiles which gives a rustic vibrant. Breakfast is delicious with limited variety. Muslim should not worry to enjoy the breakfast as this hotel is halal certified. The staff is helpful too. If your tour is late to pick you, just ask the staff to call them. We loved being surrounded by the sounds of nature and felt very relaxed during our brief stay. The staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was quite tasty.

Lack of service, poor facalities & annoying staff

Service was horrible and the staff was unhelpful in every way possible. The lady running's the place is rude and just thinks of ways to earn more commission through added services. She even declined to let us make a call to our next destination hotel since we were going to be late for check-in. I would recommend people to stay away from this place as there are many great places to stay at much reasonable prices

It is too good to stay there. 2 swimming pools so clean. Lush green jungle around good pool. Rooms as well as garden view rooms. You will get more than you expect. Tea, coffee, toiletries, free pick and drop to Ao Nang and Nopparat Thara beach. Awesome stay.
