Review for Novotel Kata Avista Phuket Our recent stay at Novotel Kata Avista in Phuket was an excellent experience, particularly for our family. The Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa impressed us with its warm hospitality, cleanliness, and child-friendly atmosphere, which made our vacation memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with lovely views of the surrounding area. For families, this Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa truly stands out. My daughter Zara had a wonderful time, thanks to the engaging kids' activities and dedicated play areas. The Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa staff was also very attentive to her needs, and she enjoyed the friendly atmosphere that made her feel right at home. The pool area was a highlight for all of us, with a well-designed layout that offered both relaxation for adults and fun spots for children. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes, and we appreciated the range of family-friendly dining options available. Overall, Novotel Kata Avista Phuket offers an ideal combination of comfort, excellent service, and family-friendly amenities. I recently stayed at the novotel phuket kata a vista resort & spa and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The resort itself is nice and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. However, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. The lift and the doors could be updated to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these minor issues, i had a great time and would highly recommend this resort to others looking for a pleasant stay in phuket. Overall, the warm hospitality and excellent service more than made up for the small areas in need of improvement. I look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful place very close to kata beach. It is a 8 to 10 min walk to the kata beach at the same time they offer to and from shuttle service to the beach every 30 mins. The property has spacious well appointed rooms. They have a children play room, a small water park, children swimming pool and a big adult pool. They have a 2 tier swimming pool. They also have a gym. They have a pool table and fuse ball in the reception lobby. The property was super clean and the staff was helpful and cordial. A special word of thanks to tin a the floor manager. Breakfast spread was elaborate with limited veg options. To add, they did have a new veg dish everyday. Will love to come back again.

I recently stayed at novotel kata a vista with my family kids for four nights and had an amazing time. I wanted to give a special shoutout to the staff, particularly apple, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The overall experience was fantastic, perfect for families. The food was delicious, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. We loved the dance performances organized for guests and appreciated the dedicated kids' room. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, and the shuttle service made it even more convenient. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Excellent restart style Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa, food and cordial supporting staffs. The room was spacious and balcony had a direct view of the Andaman ocean. Food was amazing in both breakfast and alacarte with plenty of options including continental, Indian and Thai options. Overall a great experience.

It’s a lovely property and excellent choice for families with small kids. They have lots of special activities like playroom, game room, kids pool area. We took a deluxe room and got a nice tent set up done for kids along with a mini cozy bed for them. They had their own checkin also with a small toy as a gift

Hotel was good and staff is courteous. Only issue was the view of the family room. I will rate the view a 0/5. Only other feedback is lack of shuttles. With kids it’s bit difficult to climb every time.

We stayed here one week with our two boys 10 and 16 and had a wonderful time. Great rooms with ocean view, perfect service, excellent food, awesome swimming pool and the walk to the beach not bad at all - just a steep slope on the way back.
