I have booked on 19th october when i went at reception they waited me 1 hr 30 mints to check-inn cos i have booked from make my trip - they said u call make my trip ask them talk to us or email us on our new email id than only will able to give you check inn as crown plaza reservation office closed on sat and sun-day - i have harassed by them as i was on international roaming - later i have call to make my trip - the guy from make my trip talked with them than they have given check inn- it’s very disappointed service as i am a regular traveller / very rude behaviour of management and reception staff - i never ever suggest any one to book crown plaza herbiye hotel

The hotel is 1. 5 km from taksim suqare but they run hourly shuttles. The room we got was facing the other side of the hotel so the view was, in a way, blocked. However, it was value for money since the room was nice and the breakfast spread was nice too. The toiletries were good quality. Only thing is. They took 100 usd cash as deposit, which was odd. In any case they check the room before they clear you. So. I did not understand the fuss. Also. I told them to block my card for the amount. To which the fellow said, the unblocking or reversal may take a week. We had the cash so we deposited cash. Above all the hotel is part of indian hotels gp by tata. So that felt nice.

Everything other than the interactions with the front desk was as i would expect. I found then to be straight up rude, not what i'm used to at ihg hotels. Met with other guests there who had the same complaint.

It’s definitely not Lux level and also not par with other Crowne Plaza hotels…the location, ambience, room quality, concierge service…all were below average and not worth at all. There are other better quality hotels nearby and it was a mistake to book this hotel.

Generally people in turkey are so welcoming and good in nature but reaching this hotel seems to be on different planet, so rude behaviour at front desk and not at all felt like i am in 5 star hotel, location is also really bed of hotel, not at all recommended please find another options

The كراون بلازا اسطنبول - حربية is 1. 5 km from taksim suqare but they run hourly shuttles. The room we got was facing the other side of the كراون بلازا اسطنبول - حربية so the view was, in a way, blocked. However, it was value for money since the room was nice and the breakfast spread was nice too. The toiletries were good quality. Only thing is. They took 100 usd cash as deposit, which was odd. In any case they check the room before they clear you. So. I did not understand the fuss. Also. I told them to block my card for the amount. To which the fellow said, the unblocking or reversal may take a week. We had the cash so we deposited cash. Above all the كراون بلازا اسطنبول - حربية is part of indian كراون بلازا اسطنبول - حربيةs gp by tata. So that felt nice.
