We stayed at Rotana for 4 nights and our stay was very comfortable and relaxed. Noor at the front office was fantastic to welcome us and looked after us very well during our stay. Breakfast was also good but would expect more items and some different menu each day. The rooms were clean and were maintained everyday.

Loved hospitality of this Jumeira Rotana. Very courteous staff, professional team had welcomed us. Room up-gradation was nice gesture by Mr. Sameh. Quite spacious room, standard amenities, comfortable bed had forced us to extend our booking for one additional night. Truly amazing experience. Thanks

We stayed at Rotana Jumeira for 5 nights. Excellent place, very courteous staff, centrally located fabulous Jumeira Rotana in Dubai. Very good access to super markets, local markets ( Satwa Road). Also, its close to Burj Khalifa. Overall it was a wonderful exp for us as a family.

The location was great. A bit weird to find through hps. The staff are very friendly and helpful starting from the concierge all the way to room service. We hit the pool and it was a bit small but most certainly very clean and staff were very accommodating. Highly recommended

Completely satisfied and happy guests. Highly recommend.
Staff was very helpful. Buffet spread was sufficient and good and check-in was fast. Early check-in was prompt and efficient. Taxis were arranged conveniently.

Enjoyed the stay completely, lots of amenities in the room and the Jumeira Rotana
Very nice room size appx 600 soft area, very friendly staff. Just one day one of the room Key stopped working and was replaced immediately.
