All staffs are polite and gave a good support, we spend time out side reached Orchid Hotel Dubai at late night so we thought we wont get our dinner at that time but surprisingly they provide us food at 1am in the morning other Orchid Hotel Dubais wont provide food after 9. 30pm, for staff support i will give 5 star rating. Hotel is very neat and clean. Bathrooms need more militance. Hotel locations very good near al rigga metro station with lots of shops, in few mins walk we can reach night market.

The Orchid Hotel Dubai is well connected with metro station. Service and staff coordination is very good. South indian Orchid Hotel Dubais and shopping centre is nearby. Overall experience is very good. I suggest people going to dubai can opt this Orchid Hotel Dubai. Thanks to make my trip.

my stay was amazing, the location was just what i wanted, the facility was very clean and the room was well maintained, am not sure about the food as i didn't used their restaurant. but overall my stay was satisfactory and great 👍 👌.
