Awesome experience and superb service. Hotel staff extended a very warm welcome and were very attentive. Hotel location is very nice. It is very near to Angkor wat temple (7 km). Breakfast spread was very lavish.

Staff was friendly and nice

I read a lot of nice reviews before booking the privilege floor. I was too excited and hoping for a VIP treatment as they say about this floor but was disappointed. The aircon wasn't working properly in the room. We ordered food late night and had to follow up thrice about the order. It took 2 hr to get the food. Facilities were quite average, apart from the complimentary fruits, everything is chargeable. Staff was friendly and nice though.

I read a lot of nice reviews before booking the privilege floor. I was too excited and hoping for a VIP treatment as they say about this floor but was disappointed. The aircon wasn't working properly in the room. We ordered food late night and had to follow up thrice about the order. It took 2 hr to get the food. Facilities were quite average, apart from the complimentary fruits, everything is chargeable. Staff was friendly and nice though.

One of the best places to stay in Siem Reap. Their reviews do total justice to what they offer.
Wonderful stay here at the Privilege floor. The hospitality is among the best I have seen in the world. Definitely look forward to staying here again.

Awesome experience and superb service. Hotel staff extended a very warm welcome and were very attentive. Hotel location is very nice. It is very near to Angkor wat temple (7 km). Breakfast spread was very lavish.
