Travel Month: Aug 2024I’m so unimpressed that there was no running water when I got up this morning. No one was on site to help remedy the issue. I called and was told to wait and see if the water started again and if not they would have to send someone out to look at it. I waited over an hour and still no water. I get things happen but this isn’t acceptable. I do not recommend this motel. I’ve stayed here with previous owners before and never had any issues.

Travel Month: Oct 2023Not as advertised. No staff. Room left open with key inside. Dirty air conditioner- do not use! Filthy carpet. No coffee or kettle. Bed ok. Expedia should vet the places they endorse or damage their reputation.

Great stay for $, we stayed just a few hours on a roadtrip and needed to sleeo, hospitality was great , cleak helped us with after hrs check in

When I tried to contact them no one answered and when I contacted hotels.com they told me the motel would look at it in morning and no one was at office or showed up by the time I left at 9:30am

Travel Month: Feb 2023For the price and what we needed it was a good spot. Place was clean and tidy, could use some updates and repairs on some things. But again, the price was right.

Travel Month: Dec 2022We ended up not staying here. We were late arriving and we were told that the key would be on the door, which it was not. It took a good while to reach someone. Finally, a woman opened the door, but the room I had booked (with 2 beds) was unavailable. She said we could get a refund if we decided not to stay, which we didn’t. She said that I had to contact Expedia for the refund because I had booked and paid through them. When I reached someone at Expedia the next morning, I was told that they would reach out to the hotel. Needless to say, I never heard back from anyone and I never got my refund. Don’t stay here!!! The motel is run down and there was garbage everywhere!!!
