Great customer service at check-in and check-out! Room was clean and basic. Perfect for a stay over on a long drive. Breakfast was simple but perfect (muffins, bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, etc.). Our basic queen room had a small dining table with seating, which was a nice bonus for takeout or board games.

Travel Month: Dec 2024They were training a new staff member on the check in desk when I was there, but even though they were making sure the new staff knew the process they were still taking the time to ask about me and my trip. My dog being able to stay with me for free was a big plus. The room itself was modern and comfortable, although the washroom placement was a little odd, the door seemed to be really close to the room door. Also not their fault, but the town didn't plow the road very early after the last snow so the road leading to hotel was solid packed snow and I actually drove past the road because it didn't look like a street. Overall, I would stay here again
