Concrete floors in bedroom were an unpleasant and cold surprise. Bathroom was small and awkward, but clean and well equipped.
Guys doing valet parking were fast and efficient!
Travel Month: Dec 2024We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and only had hot water in the sink for one day. The shower never got hot. The valet got our car booted because he failed to write the proper tag number and name on our valet ticket. We only discovered this because we were heading out and they went to retrieve the car and what should’ve taken 15 minutes turned into an hour. We were comped for the boot and they took one night of overnight parking off the bill. Our room was super cold the first night, which forced us to purchase a heated blanket first thing the next day. We spoke to the desk clerk and she said we were supposed to inform maintenance so they could turn on the valve. I have never stayed in a hotel that had to operate the heat differently. We hated that we were unable to take a proper bath due to cold water. The hotel should definitely look into getting industrial hot water tanks. The hotel is definitely lovely and the aesthetics are amazing but poorly maintained. The location is perfect for events and we felt safe walking at night; however I’d never stay again.

Beautiful restored building just outside the French Quarter. Not as luxurious as I had anticipated, but rooms were comfortable, location was great and was a good value. Daily room service is always appreciated
Travel Month: Dec 2024Every staff member was extraordinarily courteous, from valet to desk attendants to bartenders. I was not fond of the room. It was terribly small and the shower had no closing door.

Hotel was good. Prepaid via hotels.com. After checkout received an invoice for water we did not drink. Messaged hotel via hotels.com to inform requesting them to recheck and refund. Zero response.
Travel Month: Oct 2024Loved the property. Bartender was the best and makes the best hurricane. Only dislike was the extra charge for parking for a truck. Would have been nice to know before hand that it was 58 a day instead of 42 for valet. But other than that great location

Travel Month: Sep 2024I spent my birthday with family in Nola and stayed at Q&C for the first time and Im glad that we stayed there. Its a clean hotel, comfortable beds and great staff.
Plenty of dining options near by, walking distance to canal and french quarter jet far away from the caos. Overall I recommend staying at Q&C.
