4.0A decent hotel to stay, lots of local area nearby
Stayed at the hotel for 7 days and it was a decent stay. Check in and out wasn't an issue and the room was quite spacious. Cleanliness could be improved thou, but there is daily housekeeping which was good. As for the hotel breakfast it was all China Chinese fare which wasnt to my liking. Room is well stocked with toiletries but the water pressure was quite low.
Things to note staying here:
1. There is a residential area a few minutes walk away where you can find many eateries and ammenties.
2. There is only one lift to the hotel so during check in and out time you would need to wait.
3. There is another branch of the hotel near shenzhen railway station so remember that this branch is actually in HU BEI.
4. This hotel is a bit far from dongmen Street but is totally walkable within 15-20 minutes.

The staff took a long time to complete check-in. The elevator needs to use a key to go upstairs for security purpose. However, I am not a big fan. It is not a very convenient location, even it said this is close by Dongmen. It ends up I have to taxi to Dongmen for shopping, or have to walk 20 minutes. If you are single and not mind walking around, then this is a good place considering the price. Otherwise, whatever you have saved compare to other hotel will be offset by taxi fares

This building is on a loud street and very foraway fron subway.

The hotel is on a busy street with plenty of Chinese foods outside. The internet is faster than normal in China. You can also access Western fast food on the same block. Taxis are readily nearby and the Metro is less than 1km walk. Overall, the beds are good enough for a nice sleep. The rooms are clean but a little on the small side.

It may not be the closest hotel near the luohu Hong Kong border entrance, but it is the best value. The rooms will be slightly small for Western travelers but they are well kept and have a better than average bed with 4 pillows. The show is good and the plumbing is ok. The staff are very friendly but don't speak much English.

The Yingshang Hotel chain is one of the best values in the Shenzhen area. This hotel has full sized beds that are soft enough for Western tastes. There is a McDonalds and a Pizza Hut on the same block. The 7-11 just outside the hotel doors is a welcome sight. The breakfast is a basic Chinese style meal. The subway is a brisk walk about 1 km away. Expect that the hotel staff will not speak much English.

Travel Month: Oct 2017I am an American and live in Beihai, China. I go to Hong Kong frequently, which is less than 20 minutes from this hotel. Staying here is a great option versus staying at a similar quality hotel in Hong Kong. This was my first visit. The hotel has a good location and taxi service is exceptional. The hotel is clean, nice staff and the room was great. My fiancée is Chinese and I do not speak Chinese nor do the hotel staff speak very good English. So language was not a problem.
They have a FREE breakfast in the hotel, however, it is only open for breakfast. It was nice and acceptable. However, there are several nice Chinese restaurants within one block from the hotel. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and the towels were 5 * quality. A real plus was the soft bed, which I requested on my reservation. Not hard like many hotels.
Overall it was a good experience and I would happily return. It is also great for extended stays.

Was looking for an overnight stay as i got into Shenzhen 1 day early before going to another hotel and picked the Yingshang Dongmen. The price seemed to good to be true and I reserved a Business Deluxe with the Breakfast option. After arriving through Shenzhen via the Luohu train, I gave asked the taxi driver to take me to the hotel. Here's where it is CRUCIAL to make sure you have the hotel in Chinese as well as the address as taxi drivers can't read english. The first taxi driver actually brought me to the wrong Yingsheng hotel (the other one is near the railway station). This hotel is a pretty large building. Make sure you bring the hotel address in Chinese so they know which one. Check-in was the same thing as the hotel staff speaks on in Mandarin. Their Cantonese as well as English is barely there and communications were a bit tough. Still, the process was relatively quick and I got the key promptly. The room was clean and and although business-like, it was slightly dated. The bed was also a bit harder than what I like. Still I absolutely cannot complain for the bargain price that I paid. The bathroom was very clean and modern and the shower hot. They serve chinese style breakfast here so if you expect western food, don't even think about it as you're not going to get it. Overall, I would normally give the property 3.5 stars but because the price was so reasonable I have no hesitation to add an additional star to 4.5. WELL worth the stay!

It's a bang for buck hotel. This hotel started less than a year, so its facilities are really new. Location is ok, not the best. 2 metro stations away from Dongmen, the main shopping district in Shenzhen.

Travel Month: Jul 2019辦理入住的時候說找不到訂房資料，耗了將近半小時，後來櫃台人員先給我一間房間，進房後發現根本不是我訂的房型，又有菸味再次去櫃台跟他們反應，一開始是說:照片和實際環境本來就不太相同，我說:那菸味呢？我有備註不要吸煙房，早餐券呢？我訂的是有附早餐的?? 後來換了一間房給我，和我資料上的房間一模一樣!!! 這次去廣州深圳8天兩次辦理入住經驗都很差，我想應該不全是酒店方面的問題Hotel's.com應當也有管理上的疏失吧！
